About the Client
Citrus Inflatables is an inflatable party rental company in Citrus County Florida. They rent inflatable water slides, bounce houses, obstacle courses and more.

The Problem
The company had a website, but relied on phone calls and text messages to allow customers to book rentals. As competition increased in the local market, they need to find a way to stay ahead and keep customers coming in.

The Solution
The first thing they needed was a modern website and online booking capabilities. I built a new website and used WooCommerce and some extensions to create an eCommerce booking platform that allowed customers to select a unit and a date, book their appointment and pay without leaving the website. This made new appointments much easier for both the company and the customers.

After also updating the company logo and social media profiles, I took over the advertising on Google and Facebook, deploying a mix of search ads, display ads, video ads, and remarketing. A/B testing ads and landing pages allowed for continuous improvement of conversion rates.
