About the Client
B-Scada developed SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software for industrial automation and process control. They had developed a new product and wanted a way to expand their reach and bring in new leads.

The Problem
Their existing website was primarily a promotional site with info about their software products and basic means of contacting the sales team. I updated the site to have a more modern look and and give visitors a clear conversion path to get them into the sales funnel.

This included new landing pages with clear calls-to-action, quick and easy forms to allow users to request a free demo of the software, and also add them to our mailing lists. Competitor analysis and keyword research led to the creation of the company’s first PPC ad campaigns. Continuous A/B split testing and optimization of ads and landing pages led to continuously improved conversion rates and reduced CAC.
